SEPTEMBER HAS ARRIVED

I missed the run in Sherman; but, at least, Omar did and he placed 8th in his age category with a time of approximately 28 minutes for the 5K. Yeah.

I want to run in San Antonio's Rock and Roll Marathon. Maybe, with lots of training, I'll be shirtless; but, only if I look studly.

Besides running a lot, I'll have to focus on arms, chest, abs, back, and diet. Waaaahh. I like eating delicious food like pizza, burgers, and tacos.

This photo was taken in Baghdad, Iraq. This was the first 5K I ran there on Camp Cropper and I placed 2nd with a 19 minute time. I've only beat that time once and that was my goal for the last run there in Cropper. I like achieving my goals. It gives me the warm fuzzies.
